Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return & exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If your return or exchange is accepted, you will receive a shipping label as well as information about how to send the package back to Koréil. Items sent back without first requesting a return or exchange are not eligible for a refund.

Please note that the shipment may take longer than expected to get back to us for inspection if you ship from outside of Sweden.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Warranty

We offer a generous tree year warranty from the moment of purchase. The warranty solely covers faults directly related to item production or material. The warranty does not cover any sort of wear or any sort of damages inflicted by use, accidental or otherwise. The warranty is eligible only if the proper care advice has been followed.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved you will be refunded via your original payment method, typically within 10 business days.

Shipping

Return shipping is paid for by the customer, and is subject to typical costs and any potential fees or duties that may arise. Any cost associated with return shipping will be deducted from the refund or exchange amount.

Reusing our bubble mail wrapper the item(s) originally shipped in ensures the lowest possible cost and impact on the environment.
